Shipping & Returns

Turnaround Time for Custom Packaging Orders

The turnaround time for a custom packaging order begins once you approve the final artwork proof (PDF or printed), along with all printing specifications.

To ensure timely production, final approval must be received by 11:00 AM Eastern Time (ET). If approval is received after this time, production will begin the following business day.

Orders that do not meet our technical requirements will be placed “On Hold”, and you will be notified by our team with instructions to resolve the issue.

Shipping & Production Policy

All packaging products offered by ThinkInk Packaging are custom made. Production begins only after the customer’s final design and order approval is received.

Estimated production timelines:

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Standard Production: 4–5 business days after final artwork approval

  • Priority Production: 2–3 business days after approval (additional charges may apply)

Delivery Time

Once your order has been produced and shipped, please allow additional business days for delivery depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated shipping time: 3–4 business days after production.Transit times vary by location and shipping method. Shipping is available Monday through Friday.

Note: This does not include production time. 

ThinkInk Packaging is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Technical issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Holidays or other unforeseen circumstances

Returns & Reprints

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for both defective and non-defective products.
For custom-made products, returns for non-defective items are subject to approval and must be unused and in original condition.
We do not charge any restocking fees.
If the product is defective or incorrect, return shipping is free and also we will provide reprint services at free of cost. For all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Restocking Fee:

We do not charge a restocking fee. Returns are only accepted in cases of confirmed production defects and must meet our return conditions.

Refunds/Reprints:

  • If approved, refunds are processed within 3 business days

  • Or we will reprint the order at no cost
