Turnaround Time for Custom Packaging Orders

The turnaround time for a custom packaging order begins once you approve the final artwork proof (PDF or printed), along with all printing specifications.

To ensure timely production, final approval must be received by 11:00 AM Eastern Time (ET). If approval is received after this time, production will begin the following business day.

Orders that do not meet our technical requirements will be placed “On Hold”, and you will be notified by our team with instructions to resolve the issue.

Shipping & Production Policy

All packaging products offered by ThinkInk Packaging are custom made. Production begins only after the customer’s final design and order approval is received.

Estimated production timelines:

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

• Standard Production: 10–14 business days after final artwork approval

• Priority Production: 6–8 business days after approval (additional charges may apply)

Delivery Time

Once your order has been produced and shipped, please allow additional business days for delivery depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated shipping time: 3–7 business days after production.Transit times vary by location and shipping method. Shipping is available Monday through Saturday.

Note: This does not include production time. 

ThinkInk Packaging is not liable for delays caused by:

• Shipping carriers

• Technical issues

• Weather conditions

• Holidays or other unforeseen circumstances

Returns & Reprints

At ThinkInk Packaging, all products are customized based on customer-approved artwork. Because of the custom nature of our products, returns are generally limited. We accept returns for confirmed production defects, or incorrect items delivered. Limited returns may also be accepted if production has not started..

• If you believe your order is defective, please contact us at support@thinkinkpackaging.com within 3 business days of receiving your order.

• All defective claims must be supported with photographic evidence or other documentation.

For eligible returns:

Return Window:

Customers may initiate a return within 30 calendar days of receiving their order.

Eligible Return Reasons:

Due to the custom-made nature of our products, returns are accepted for the following reasons:

• Confirmed manufacturing defects

• Items damaged during transit

• Incorrect items delivered

Custom orders cannot be returned for change-of-mind or customer design errors after production has begun.. 

Return Shipping:

• If the issue is on our end, we cover return shipping.

• If the customer caused the issue, return shipping is their responsibility.

Restocking Fee:

We do not charge a restocking fee. Returns are only accepted in cases of confirmed production defects and must meet our return conditions.

Refunds/Reprints:

• If approved, refunds are processed within 3 business days

• Or we will reprint the order at no cost
